Terms of Service
The terms that govern bookings, reservations, and your use of RARE Nightlife. These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and RARE Nightlife Inc., a California corporation (“RARE,” “we,” “us”).
Booking & Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability. We typically confirm bookings within 24 hours of inquiry. Confirmed bookings are binding.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the event. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to full charge. No refunds for no-shows.
Payment Terms
RARE coordinates reservations, tables, and access with each venue. Payment for tables, bottle service, and minimums is handled directly between you and the venue under the venue’s own terms. RARE does not collect table payments or hold your card. Confirmed reservations are subject to the venue’s policies, minimums, and final approval.
Liability & Disclaimers
RARE Nightlife is not responsible for lost or stolen items, accidents or injuries, changes to venue operations, artist or performer cancellations, or force majeure events. Venues and performers operate independently; we coordinate access only.
User Conduct
Users agree to comply with venue rules, respect other guests, refrain from illegal activity, and not harass or disrupt the experience for others.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RARE Nightlife Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, events, or website. In all cases, RARE's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to RARE for the specific reservation or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RARE Nightlife Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your conduct at any event or venue, your violation of these terms or venue policies, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
