Data Collected
We collect information submitted through membership applications, guestlist requests, reservation forms, and inquiry submissions — including name, email, phone number, event preferences, and communication history.
How We Use Your Data
We use your information to process reservations and inquiries, send event updates and SMS messages, coordinate access with partner venues, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data.
SMS / Text Messaging Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional and promotional text messages from RARE, including event updates, invitations, confirmations, and membership communications. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share information with partner venues to coordinate access, reservations, and hospitality, and with service providers that support our operations — such as SMS delivery, form processing, and analytics platforms — solely to perform services on our behalf. We do not sell personal information. Many RARE experiences take place at third-party venues, which maintain their own policies regarding security, surveillance, age verification, alcohol service, and data practices; RARE is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of third-party venues or partners.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to maintain guest and membership records, and to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have certain rights under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA. These rights may include: request access to your personal information; request deletion; request correction of inaccurate data; opt out of data sharing; limit use of sensitive personal information; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Membership & Event Policies
All RARE events are 21+ unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Membership and application submissions do not guarantee approval, access, or invitations. No guaranteed entry, reservation, table, or seating unless explicitly confirmed in writing by RARE or the venue.
Final admission decisions are determined solely by partner venues, not RARE. Venues may enforce their own policies regarding capacity, guest mix, dress code, security, and admission.
RARE is committed to maintaining an inclusive and respectful community; however, partner venues may enforce their own standards regarding capacity, guest mix, dress code, security, and admission.
Information submitted through membership applications, guest list requests, reservation forms, and related inquiries may be used to evaluate eligibility, improve member experience, personalize communications, and maintain community standards. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, approval, or access to any event or membership tier.
Reservation, cancellation, and refund policies vary by event and venue. Any applicable terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
Safety & Liability
All RARE events are strictly 21+ unless explicitly stated otherwise. Valid government-issued identification may be required for entry.
RARE is committed to creating elevated, enjoyable, and thoughtfully curated experiences for our members and guests. While we make every reasonable effort to foster a safe and welcoming environment, all attendance and participation is voluntary and at each guest's own discretion and risk.
By attending a RARE event, guests acknowledge personal responsibility for their decisions, actions, and well-being, including transportation arrangements, alcohol consumption, and interactions with others.
RARE, along with its venue and brand partners, is not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, damage, or incident that may occur in connection with attendance, except where required by applicable law.
To protect the experience for everyone, RARE reserves the right to refuse entry, remove attendees, or revoke membership access at its sole discretion for conduct deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inconsistent with community standards.
Media & Content
RARE events may be photographed or recorded for marketing, editorial, and promotional purposes. By attending a RARE event, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of your likeness, image, voice, or appearance being captured and used by RARE and its partners across digital, social, editorial, and promotional channels without compensation or further approval, except where prohibited by law.
